Team LMQ Infiltrated by Sith Apprentice
— July 31, 2014Riot secret police have revealed that LMQ, the Chinese professional League of Legends team that transferred to NA LCS, has been infiltrated by a perfidious agent of the Sith.
Team LMQ has risen to prominence under the combined influence of Xiang “Alex” Gu and Xiaowei “Sharon” Li, under parent organization Tian Ci. Originally good-hearted and virtuous, Li was eventually seduced by the dark side of the Force, brought under the tutelage of a Dark Lord of the Sith, Emperor “Eric” Liaopatine. He currently rules A&K and LolClass with an iron fist.
Unable to resist a veiled threat, many Sith agents choose transparent names, in this case “SL” could stand for “Sharon Li” as well as “Sith Lord.”
The agents of the dark side’s interest in LMQ grew after its successful promotion to NA LCS. When Team LMQ and Alex Gu arrived home after their victory, they were greeted by Sharon Li and two black-robed men. Gu attempted to send a distress signal to Tian “Ben Kenobi” Ci, but the acolytes threatened to throw his holovid into a nearby pool.
In a show of strength, Emperor Liaopatine plans to construct a super-weapon capable of destroying an entire NA or EU LCS region by firing one Asian team into its qualifiers.
Both sides have released holocrons detailing their own view of the situation. Fortunately, the conflict seems well on its way to a resolution. Wracked by a crackling arc of force lightning, Alex Gu retracted any and all negative comments or statements he may have made regarding Sharon Li or Eric Liao.
Any further statements were difficult to transcribe given Gu’s constant choking sounds.
Riot secret police have revealed that LMQ, the Chinese professional League of Legends team that transferred to NA LCS, has been infiltrated by a perfidious agent of the Sith.
Word of the infiltration came by means of a holovid embedded in an innocuous droid by princess Sharon Leia. Team LMQ has risen to prominence under the combined influence of Xiang “Alex” Gu and Xiaowei “Sharon” Leia, under parent organization Tian Ci. Once good-hearted and virtuous, Gu was eventually seduced by the dark side of the Force, brought under the tutelage of a Dark Lord of the Sith, former Royal Club Emperor Jincheng Yaopatine.
The agents of the dark side’s interest in LMQ grew after its successful promotion to NA LCS, where they promptly attempted to intimidate Sharon, destroying her beloved home LolClass.com by firing lawsuits and conflict-of-interest rumors from Gu’s superweapon-like Facebook page.
It is assumed that the Tian Ci corporation is now wholly enveloped by Gu’s company Luyu Esports, a clear front for the Sith-controlled Trade Federation, and is acting heavily under the influence of the dark side. In a show of strength, Emperor Yaopatine plans on destroying an entire NA or EU LCS region by firing one Asian team into each of its qualifiers.
Both sides have released holocrons detailing their own view of the situation. With the proceedings shrouded in the uncertainty of the dark side of the Force, the outcome is impossible to predict. While many of the team’s fans were concerned for her wellbeing, reports indicate that the princess was not harmed during her time with LMQ, and displayed considerable resistance to the mind probe.
While the whereabouts of Princess Sharon Leia is currently unknown, anonymous sources have reported that she is currently queuing Solo.
